How can I get my VESC converted?

Currently I am only accepting VESC conversions for locals on a case by case basis. I hope to provide detailed information in our Blog(Scripts) for those tackling their first conversions.

When will products be back in stock?

Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list. I intend to add back in stock notification sign ups for specific products in the future.

Where are you located?

We are located in Huntsville, AL! Our address will be shared when you choose local pickup at checkout.

What are your business hours for pickup?

Because we are so new, our current business hours are limited. General business hours are as follows:

Monday 10 am - 4 pm
Tuesday 10 am - 4 pm
Wednesday 10 am - 4 pm
Thursday 10 am - 4 pm
Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday CLOSED
Sunday CLOSED

That being said, we try to be understanding. If you have a concern, reach out! We will do our best to respond to you quickly, even outside of business hours. 

When can I come by to pick up my order?

We will do our best to reserve normal business hours for pickup orders. Please understand there may be times we are out of town or unavailable (small shop problems!). When we receive a pickup order, we will notify once you order is ready to be picked up. We will do our best to communicate in advance any changes in our availability and coordinate a time for you to pick up your order. We appreciate your understanding!
