Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@pevdispensary.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping you goods may take longer than expected and you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Disclaimer/Liability
By paying this invoice and accepting delivery you assume all risk of injury or harm that may come as a result of you working on, operating, charging, or riding your personal electric vehicle and agree to indemnify, defend, and forever release PEV Dispensary LLC from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage. When lithium batteries fail to operate safely or are damaged, they may present a fire and/or explosion hazard. You should never charge your PEV while it is unattended and always practice safe charging habits. Choosing to ride or operate any personal electric vehicle can be dangerous and one should always wear a helmet and all other appropriate safety gear while doing so.

Service Warranty
PEV Dispensary LLC will warranty the services rendered in this invoice for a period of 60 days starting from the date of delivery. The service warranty only covers flaws or issues directly related to the work performed that are discovered during normal operation of your Personal Electric Vehicle. The service warranty does not cover any damage to the services performed that are caused by extreme circumstances or water damage.

Product Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the given product and vary accordingly. PEV Dispensary LLC will make an effort to assist you in getting any parts replaced directly by the manufacturer that are still under warranty. For any parts manufactured directly by PEV Dispensary LLC we will honor any stated product warranties that have been provided. If a product warranty has not been provided for a product you purchased and you would like a written description of the products warranty then please feel free to request one directly from us. 3D printed parts are more susceptible to breaking and cracking (especially along layer lines) than metal or injection molded parts, due to this PEV Dispensary LLC provides time limited product warranties on 3D printed parts that vary depending on the 3D printed part in question.

*Warranty for "3D printed VESC controller boxes"
3D printed VESC controller boxes will never be as strong as an injection molded plastic box or a metal box. You should always take great caution when tightening any screws or connectors that attach to a 3D printed part. Any screws or hardware that attach to a 3D printed part should only be tightened as much as absolutely necessary (DON'T USE POWER TOOLS!). Due to this PEV Dispensary LLC is only able to cover these items with a limited warranty. If any breaking or cracking is discovered within 30 days from delivery, you will be offered a 75% refund or 75% off a replacement. If any breaking or cracking is discovered within 60 days from the date of delivery, you will be offered a 50% refund or 50% off a replacement. PEV Dispensary LLC reserves the right to refuse the warranty replacement on any 3D printed part where it finds obvious evidence of mishandling or misuse of that 3D printed part. One example of obvious misuse or mishandling would be cracking or breaking at a screw entry point that is accompanied by indentation marks of the screw head. If you are tightening something so tight that it creates an indentation on something printed in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or any other non flexible filament, then you are most likely overtightening your fasteners.
